Pre-registration was closed. After this, we will accept new registration at the on-site registration desk during the symposium days. If you have made pre-registration, please bring the confirmation notice (Registration Confirmation) with you when you register and pick up your materials upon your arrival at the symposium site. Registration Fee
The registration fee for active participants includes attendance at all scientific programs and all symposium materials, but does not cover the banquet and proceedings. Family members may register as accompanying persons. Participation for accompanying persons is limited to the opening ceremony, the special plenary and plenary lectures.
Deadlines for Pre-Registration
After Octoeber 19, you can register at the on-site registration desk, but it might cost you a good deal of time and effort there.
Confirmation
Upon receiving your registration and fee, ISS2013 Registration Desk will notice you that a confirmation notice with your registration number and receipt is avilable to download from the registration system. Please remember to bring this confirmation notice with you, when you come to the on-site reception desk.
Cancellation
Cancellation should be made in writing to ISS2013 Registration Desk. Refunds will be made as above. Transfer costs for the cancellation refunds will be applied to applicants.
On-site Registration
After pre-registration (web registration) is over, you can register at the on-site reception desk.
